Do I need to book in advance? Yes. All sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance to ensure each client receives full attention and a calm, unhurried experience.
How do I pay for my session? We currently accept payment at the session only. You can pay in person with tap to pay or cash on arrival with admin. This allows for flexibility and ensures no upfront payments are required.
Can I pay online or in advance? Not at this time. To keep our process simple and personal, all payments are made at the time of your session.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? We understand life happens. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your slot to another client.
What should I bring to my first session? Just yourself and an open mind. Comfortable clothing and a bottle of water is recommended for preparation therapy and strength training sessions. Any materials or items needed for your session will be provided.
How long does a session last? Session times vary depending on the service, typically ranging from 1 to 2 hours. You’ll receive details when you book.
What can I expect during my first visit? Each session begins completing your client form, with the session you are about to take part in. This allows us to discuss your goals and any relevant health history and keep a note of other sessions available to you. This information stays confidential.
Are the sessions suitable for everyone? Our holistic services are suitable for everyone. However, please inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or ongoing treatments so we can adapt your session safely. And do pay attention to adult only sessions, children 5-10 and teens 11-17.
Do you offer packages or memberships? We offer 6 week journey plans for Breathwork and InSix. This books you in for the next 6 weeks and these are closed groups until the next slot opens up. You pay for the 6 weeks on the first week you arrive. Both plans open you up to a graduate session just for you and friends that have completed the course.
Where are you located? We are based on Willowbrook Park Didcot, detailed directions will be provided upon booking.
What should I do after my session? Hydrate well, rest if needed, and allow your body time to integrate the session’s benefits. Your practitioner may also offer aftercare suggestions or simple self-care practices to continue at home.
How often should I book sessions? This depends on your goals. Some clients come daily for ongoing support, while others visit weekly or monthly to suit their budget.
Do you offer remote or online sessions? At the moment, all sessions are held in person to ensure the most effective and grounded experience, the long term goal will be online sessions alongside sessions locally.
What if I arrive late? Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your session. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment and group sessions held locally will involve the door being locked for customer safety.
How do I book a party? Use the get in touch form at the bottom of any website page. Tell us which party you would like, the occasion, how many guests, preferred location and date. we'll get back to you with a price and availability. All parties must be paid before it takes place.
Who is A War Hero's Angel For? A War Hero's Angel is for active military, veterans, family and loved ones.
Do I have to have cancer to take part in the Cancer Awareness Quiz or Say It So sessions? The cancer Awareness quiz is about prevention so everyone should do it at least one. Once you know, you can't unknow and thats key to a healthy lifestyle change. Say It So is for anyone that would like to open up about Cancer whether you have been affected directly or indirectly.
