This session blends mindful movement and balance to help teens reset after long days of sitting, scrolling, or studying, no experience required.
We begin with chair yoga, using stretches and posture resets to release tension, improve circulation, and reconnect with the body.
It’s a low-pressure way to feel better fast, whether you're managing stress, screen fatigue, or just want to move without the gym vibes.
Then we shift to the balance line, a soft floor line that builds core strength, and boosts stability. It’s a calm, confidence-building practice that quietly improves body awareness while keeping things light, approachable, and fun.
Every movement is guided and adapted to comfort and ability. Just bring a water bottle, and an open mind.
