Mindful movement and balance helps teens reset after long days of sitting, scrolling, or studying, no experience required.
We'll begin with chair yoga, using stretches to release tension, improve circulation and reconnect the body. Manage stress, screen fatigue and
movement without gym vibes.
We shift to the balance line, a soft floor line that builds core strength and boosts stability. Every movement is guided and adapted to comfort and ability.
