This joyful session is designed for little ones, helping them stretch, wiggle, balance, and grow stronger. We begin with chair yoga, using simple seated movements to support good posture and build flexibility.
With playful guidance, children learn how to sit tall, move safely, and connect with their breath, making mindfulness and movement feel fun.
Then we shift to the balance line, a soft, secure floor line where children can practice walking with focus, coordination, and confidence.
They can wobble, steady, and shine like little acrobats, building strength, and self-esteem, one step at a time.
No experience is needed. Every child is welcome to learn, move, and have fun at their own pace.
Please bring a water bottle, and a sense of adventure!
