Designed for little ones, helping them stretch, wiggle, balance, and grow stronger. We'll use simple yoga seated movements to support good posture and build flexibility.
Children learn how to sit tall, move safely and connect with their breath, making mindful movement feel fun.
We shift to the balance line, a soft, secure floor line, practice walking with focus, coordination, and confidence to the beat.
They can wobble, steady and shine, building strength and self-esteem, one step at a time.
No experience is needed. Bring a water bottle and a sense of adventure!
