Chair Yoga / Balance Line
(Children 5-10) 

Boosts flexibility, focus, and confidence through mindful movement and fun!
Stretchy Seats & Happy Feet!

This joyful movement session is designed just for little ones, helping them stretch, wiggle, balance, and grow stronger from the inside out!

We begin with chair yoga, using simple seated movements to support good posture, build flexibility, and awaken the body.

 

With playful guidance, children learn how to sit tall, move safely, and connect with their breath, making mindfulness and movement feel fun and familiar.

 

Then we shift to the balance line, a soft, secure floor line where children can practice walking with focus, coordination, and confidence.

 

They can wobble, steady, and shine like little acrobats, building strength, awareness, and self-esteem, one step at a time.

No experience is needed.

 

Every child is welcome to learn, move, and laugh at their own pace.

Please bring a water bottle, and a sense of adventure!
