As a War Hero, your bravery is honored as you navigate the challenges of duty. When emotional well-being and mental health are affected, it can lead to a disconnection from your true self. My holistic approach offers a safe space and supportive care to help you open up without judgment, encourage recovery and build resilience with deep service appreciation. Embrace who you are today. This is a relaxed session - have a drink, take a walk, dance it out, sing a little, or just talk. We ease into things, then gently explore what’s on your mind. From there, we move into Roots & Remedy to uncover what’s really going on and build a wellness plan that works for you. Let’s just take a breath and start - wherever you are is the perfect place. *** Please bring your military ID. Let Peace Be the Journey ______________________ In 2014, after receiving support under the Queen's Canopy, I pledged to help others and reached out to the military in Oxfordshire and London, noticing patterns in behaviour and thoughts. I simply chose to be a safe place, safe person. From remembrance, memorials and homecomings, I’ve spent time offering support and gratitude. The stories I carry give me purpose. Cancellations occurring beyond this time-frame will result in the session being counted as used. • I understand that any sessions involving physical activity, there is a risk of injury. I understand that I am responsible for judging my own physical and mental capabilities for such activities.
