Service Description
This group baby massage session offers a warm, nurturing space for parents and caregivers to come together and support their babies’ well-being—physically, emotionally, and socially. Using Neal's Yard organic baby oil, I’ll guide you through massage techniques that can soothe colic, support sleep, and strengthen your bond with your little one. Each session is designed to be as calming and nourishing for the parent as it is for the baby. We'll move slowly, honouring each baby’s rhythm, while creating a sense of community through shared experience, cups of tea, and quiet conversation. Born from my own story as a premature baby, baby massage is something I offer not only as a practitioner, but as someone who wishes this kind of care had been available to her own family. This session is my way of gifting that care to others—grounded support to hold you through the early weeks and months. You’ll leave with massage skills you can use at home, and the reassurance that you’re not alone on this journey.
