Service Description
This isn’t just breathwork—it’s a guided journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and explore the full potential of your breath in a safe, supportive space. Over six transformative weeks, you’ll move through six carefully curated levels – each crafted to expand your breath retention capacity, deepen awareness, and build resilience—step by step. Every Monday is your foundation session: You’ll learn the week’s breath technique, integrate signs from myself to signal transitions, and explore how to build these tools into your daily life. Each session is supported by a thoughtfully selected playlist and flows through four experiential phases. Each class ends with grounding practices to leave you centred, calm, and clear. Wednesdays and Thursdays offer optional integration spaces—ideal for reinforcing what you’ve learned and receiving additional guidance and support. This is a closed course: no drop-ins or mid-course entries. Once you’ve completed the full journey, you’ll gain access to our graduate-only Saturday breathwork circle, an invitation to deepen your practice in a community with like-minded souls. Please bring a water bottle and wear loose-fitting clothing around your chest. This course is not recommended for individuals who smoke, vape, or have severe asthma. Each session ends with grounding practices helping you feel centered and ready for the day ahead. ______ Benefits: This course is a powerful way to begin and end your day with intention. By practicing breathwork regularly, you’ll gradually build a routine that supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of presence in your body. Each stage is designed to meet you where you are, helping you learn at your own pace while gaining confidence in your breath’s capacity to calm, energize, and restore. Over time, you’ll create sustainable practices that become a natural part of daily life—anchoring you through change, stress, and transition. Morning breathwork, especially when paired with a mindful walk in early light, helps reset your internal rhythms, supports focus, and grounds your day in clarity. Breathwork has been linked to improved vitality and may even contribute to increased life expectancy. More importantly, it reconnects you to what matters most—your own presence, peace, and power.
