Service Description
This breathwork circle is a sacred space reserved for graduates of the 6-Week Breathwork Journey to Wellness—a weekly opportunity to reconnect with your breath, your growth, and your community. Together, we’ll move through a full guided breathwork flow—from First Class to Wrecking Ball—with minimal instruction, allowing space for personal rhythm and deeper embodiment of the techniques you’ve learned. This is your chance to practice in silence, focus inward, and expand on everything your breath has already revealed. The session ends with Trust the Process, a heartfelt group circle for reflection, shared breakthroughs, and collective gratitude. We close with a certificate ceremony and optional photos to mark your journey—and then take a mindful lap around the grounds to ground, reset, and carry the breath into the day ahead.
