Cancer doesn’t just affect the body—it stirs emotions, changes relationships, and touches every part of life. Whether you're living with cancer, navigating benign tumours, or supporting a loved one through their journey, "Say It So" is a space to talk freely, feel deeply, and heal honestly — and above all, we keep it real. In this gentle, family guided group session, for parents, guardians and grandparents with children ages 8-17 years, I invite you to say what often goes unsaid. Share your story, ask questions, or simply listen in a safe, non-judgmental space. You’ll be surrounded by like-minded individuals who understand your path—because they’re walking it too. Refreshments included. If you would prefer a 1:1 session where you can talk freely just to me, please book in for a "Tracking Progress" session, which is found under Roots & Remedy. ______________ BENEFIT: Through heartfelt conversation, mindfulness, and community wisdom, “Say It So” offers more than just support—it offers relief, connection, and a reminder that you're not alone. Cancellations occurring beyond this time-frame will result in the session being counted as used. • I understand that any sessions involving physical activity, there is a risk of injury.
