This session blends mindful movement and balance to help teens reset after long days of sitting, scrolling, or studying—no experience required. We begin with chair yoga, using simple, effective stretches and posture resets to release tension, improve circulation, and reconnect with the body—all while seated. It’s a low-pressure way to feel better fast, whether you're managing stress, screen fatigue, or just want to move without the gym vibes. Then we shift to the balance line—a soft floor line that builds core strength, sharpens focus, and boosts stability. It’s a calm, confidence-building practice that quietly improves body awareness while keeping things light, approachable, and yes, fun.
