Service Description

This session is an invitation to explore cold water therapy in a supportive and accessible way. Together, we’ll talk through the history and biology behind this practice, including inspiring stories from around the world of people who’ve used it to support their healing and growth. You’ll learn how cold water therapy can naturally improve your immune system, increase energy, and help bring emotional balance—and more importantly, how to ease into it safely, step by step. We’ll follow a three-stage process to help build your confidence: Dive Reflex – A non-invasive technique using just your face to activate your body’s natural calming response. Cold Shower Introduction – We’ll go over how to start adding short cold bursts into your regular routine at home, in your own time. Plunge Pool Practice – I’ll demonstrate how to enter and breathe through a cold water immersion, and then support you as you take your turn—only if and when you feel ready. Throughout the session, we’ll use breathwork to support your body’s response and to help you stay grounded. You’ll also get tips on how to time cold exposure if you're doing strength training, as it’s important to know when not to use it. If you’re considering joining my 6-Week Breathwork Journey, I’d recommend it—it pairs beautifully with this session and will deepen your confidence in your breath. A few notes: If you have a heart condition, asthma, or if you smoke or vape, this session isn’t recommended for you. Please come with swimwear on under your clothes to save time. Towels and all equipment are provided. This is a unisex group session. ____________ Cold water therapy offers more than a physical experience—it invites your body and mind to reset.
