Using Neal’s Yard organic baby oil, I work slowly and intuitively to ease discomforts like colic, boost immune function, and promote restful sleep. This one-to-one session is especially helpful for premature babies, those with sensitive systems, or little ones needing extra care. While your baby relaxes, you can take a quiet moment for yourself—enjoy a warm cup of tea, rest your shoulders, and simply breathe. Every baby receives a soft, organic sleep suit to take home—supporting a calming nighttime routine and helping to extend the benefits of our session into sleep. For parents interested in making it a social experience, you’re welcome to enquire about my Parent & Baby Group Massage Session — a lovely way to connect with other families in a soothing, supportive space.
