In this session, we’ll explore the core dimensions of your lifestyle—identifying the root causes of imbalance and designing a tailored wellness plan as your Remedy. You’ll gain clarity, build lasting confidence, and learn to naturally soothe health concerns through consistent, holistic practices. ▪️ Tracking Progress: After your wellness plan is in place, ongoing support is available to keep you on track. Ideal for athletes, I’ll “sideline” you—assessing vulnerabilities in your form and performance. It’s also perfect for anyone who’s completed art therapy or cancer awareness sessions and wants to dig deeper in a one-on-one space. Together, we’ll review your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate wins as you continue your growth. ______________________ BENEFITS: True holistic wellness transforms physical, mental, and spiritual health for life. Cancellations occurring beyond this time-frame will result in the session being counted as used. • I understand that any sessions involving physical activity, there is a risk of injury.
