A 5,000-year-old healing tradition that works with pressure points on the sole to support your body’s natural balance and energy flow.
We'll begin with an aromatherapy soak to help you settle in, I use magnesium and amber to unblock the pathways stimulating pressure points, followed by a soothing massage using Neal's Yard comfrey and mallow foot balm.
For children aged 5–17, I'll use aloe, magnesium and amber, tailored for their sensitive skin.
