Using Neal’s Yard Frankincense Mist and Amber, I begin stimulating key reflexology zones to activate healing pathways, followed by a Jade and Rose Quartz massage, this offers calm, balancing properties, melt away stress, improve circulation, tighten the skin and improve the complexion.
I finish with a holistic skincare ritual using Harrogate Organics - cleanse, polish, tone, and moisturise, leaving the skin nourished, with radiance, and deeply revitalised.
For children aged 5–17, with parental consent, I offer this session using Aloe and Magnesium, with Amber, Jade, and Rose Quartz, to ensure a soothing introduction to this healing practice.
