You'll use Neal's Yard organic baby massage oil, to guide you through techniques to soothe colic, support sleep, and strengthen the bond.
We'll honour each baby’s rhythm and create a sense of community through shared experience.
I offer this as a practitioner, as my way of gifting care, with support to hold you through the early weeks and months.
Ideally for babies 0-6 months, and 6-12 months are welcome.
You’ll leave with massage skills you can use at home and reassurance that you’re not alone on this journey.
