You’ll learn how Cold Water Therapy can naturally improve your immune system, increase energy, and help bring emotional balance—and more importantly, how to ease into it safely, step by step.

and accessible way. Together, we will talk through the history and biology
behind this practice, including inspiring stories from around the world
of people who have used it to support their healing and growth.
You’ll learn how Cold Water Therapy can naturally improve your immune system, increase energy, and help bring emotional balance—and more importantly, how to ease into it safely, step by step.

We’ll follow a three-stage process to help build your confidence:
Dive Reflex – A non-invasive technique using your face to activate the body’s calming response.
Cold Shower Introduction – Practice adding in short cold bursts of water into your regular routine at home.
Plunge Practice – Learn how to enter in and breathe through the cold water immersion, beginning only when you feel ready.
In my holistic session, we will focus on breathwork to support your body’s natural response to help you stay grounded. You will also get tips on how to measure your cold water exposure, if you are doing strength training, as it’s important to know when not to use it.
