This isn’t just breathwork, it’s a guided journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and explore the full potential of your breath in a safe, supportive space.
Over six transformative weeks, you’ll move through six carefully curated levels – each crafted to expand your breath retention capacity, deepen awareness, and build resilience, step by step.
Every Monday is your foundation session:
You’ll learn the week’s breath retention, technique, integrate signs from myself to signal transitions, and explore how to build these tools into your daily life.
Each session is supported by a thoughtfully selected playlist and flows through four experiential phases:
🎼 Shores – awaken your body
🎼 Silence – align breath with joyful rhythm
🎼 The Light – stretch and cool down
🎼 Trust the Process – explore benefits and reflect
Each class ends with a 'walk at first light', grounding practices to leave you centred, calm, and clear.
Wednesdays and Fridays offer optional integration spaces, ideal for reinforcing what you’ve learned and receiving additional guidance and support.

Enrollment Guidelines:
Start Dates: New courses begin every 6 weeks. Mid-course entry is not permitted to preserve group safety and cohesion.
Commitment: Monday sessions are mandatory. Wednesday and Fridays are optional but highly recommended.
Waitlist Policy: If the current cycle is full, you can book into the next. Once all slots are full up to a time frame you can join my waiting list.
Pre-requisites: This course is not suitable for those with asthma, current smokers/vapers, or individuals with heart conditions.
