This isn’t just breathwork, it’s a guided journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm the mind, and explore the full potential of your breath in a supportive space.
Over six weeks, you’ll move through six levels – each crafted to expand your breath retention capacity, deepen awareness, and build resilience, step by step.
Monday is your foundation session: You’ll learn weekly breath retentions, technique, signals and explore how to build these tools into daily life.
Each session is supported by a thoughtfully selected playlist that flows through phases:

🎼 Silence – Align breath with rhythm
🎼 The Light – Stretch
🎼 Trust the Process – Understand the benefits and reflect
Each class ends with a 'walk at first light', to leave you centred, calm, and clear.
Wednesdays and Fridays offer optional integration spaces, ideal for reinforcing what you’ve learned and receive any additional guidance and support.

Start Dates: New courses begin every 6 weeks. Mid-course entry is not permitted to preserve group safety and cohesion.

Once you have this date book 6 continuous weeks in a row using the website.
Commitment: Monday sessions are mandatory. Wednesday and Fridays are optional but highly recommended. In total you should be booking 18 sessions in total. Tap to pay or pay cash when you arrive.
Waitlist Policy: If the current cycle is full, you can book into the next.
Pre-requisites: This course is not suitable for those with asthma, smokers/vapers, or individuals with heart conditions.
