Monday is your foundation session:​ Learn the weekly breath retention, technique and signals.

 

Each session is supported by a thoughtfully selected playlist that flows through phases:


🎼 Shores – Awaken your body
🎼 Silence – Align breath with rhythm
🎼 The Light – Stretch 
🎼 Trust the Process – Benefits and reflect

 

Ending with a Cacao Shot (great for the heart), and a 'walk at first light' to leave you centred, calm, and clear.

Wednesday and Fridays, ideal for reinforcing what you’ve learned and receive additional guidance and support.​

This is a Unisex session, so please wear comfortable clothing and nothing restrictive around the chest and diaphragm.

          B​reathwork is linked to increased life expectancy and reconnects you to peace,
