Through guided techniques, we'll explore the art of noticing, tune into breath, feel sensation, and the quiet between thoughts. My sessions release tension and settle your mind.
Comfortable cushions and supportive stools are provided, as well as a calming playlist to help ease the transition into stillness.
You’re invited to simply be, with no expectations, no pressure, just presence.
Please bring your water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing.
