This evening session offers a mindful way to come home to yourself. Whether you’re completely new to meditation or looking to deepen a practice, this space welcomes all levels with care and presence.

Through guided techniques, we will explore the art of noticing, tune into breath, feel sensations, and the quiet between thoughts.

 

Each session is designed to help you release the tension of the day, settle your mind, and reconnect with your centre.

Comfortable cushions and supportive stools are provided, as well as a calming playlist to help ease the transition into stillness.

 

You’re invited to to simply be, no expectations, no pressure, just presence.

Please bring your water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing.
