My session offers children and teens a space to slow down, feel safe and learn how to care for their minds and emotions.

Using guided technique, we explore quiet reflection, resilience and inner peace.

 

Whether your child is full of energy, feeling overwhelmed, or just needs a quiet reset, this provides a warm supportive space.

 

Florensi cushions, stools, chairs or the chance to lay down, with a calming playlist is all provided.

 

Evening sessions are especially helpful for those who struggle with sleep, offering a wind-down that encourages better bedtime routines.
