Guided sessions for children and teens to reduce stress, improve balance, and build focus.
This calming session introduces children and teens to the graceful practices of Qi Gong and Tai Chi, movement styles that help regulate energy, ease stress, and support focus.
We begin with Qi Gong, where your child will explore how their energy (or qi) moves through the body. Using slow, steady movements, they’ll learn how to gather, guide, and balance this energy to feel more centred and at ease.
Next, we move into Tai Chi, a soft, flowing sequence of motions that builds physical coordination, emotional self-regulation, and inner calm. Like moving meditation, Tai Chi encourages patience, breath awareness, and body confidence, all while being fun and accessible.
There’s no pressure, just mindful movement that encourages calm, connection, and quiet strength. Please bring a water bottle. All abilities welcome.
