Guided sessions for children and teens to reduce stress, improve balance, and build focus.
This calming session introduces children and teens to the graceful practices of Qi Gong and Tai Chi, movement styles that help regulate energy, ease stress, and support focus.
We begin with Qi Gong, where your child will explore how their energy (or qi) moves through the body. Using slow, steady movements, they learn how to - Gather, Guide, and Balance this energy to feel more centred.
We move into Tai Chi, a flowing sequence that builds coordination and emotional self-regulation. Moving meditation, encourages patience, breath awareness, and body confidence.
There’s no pressure here, just mindful movements that encourage a calm connection, and quiet strength.
Please bring a water bottle. All abilities welcome.
