This session begins with chair yoga, where we focus on posture, breath, and the way movement can restore energy and ease tension.
You’ll learn how the type of chair you use, and how you sit in it, can influence how your body feels, both in stillness and in motion.
With guidance, we’ll explore supportive movements that nourish the spine, release stiffness, and improve circulation, all while staying grounded and at ease.
From there, we move to the balance line, a flat playful and supportive way to improve physical stability and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythm.
You’ll build coordination, awaken your core, and tap into confidence, all in a space where curiosity and joy are welcome.
This session is for every body. Whether you’re rebuilding trust with movement, exploring yoga for the first time, or supporting your wellbeing from the inside out, you’ll find this time both grounding and uplifting.
