Guided through postures and breathwork, support the body’s natural flow, gathering, circulating, and transforming energy in a way that feels both relaxing and empowering.
From here, we flow into Tai Chi, a moving meditation that strengthens the body through graceful, circular motion. Though non-combative, it’s deeply focused, helping to cultivate balance, concentration, and inner steadiness with every step and shift of weight.
Whether you are seeking relief from stress, wanting to reconnect with your body, or simply looking for a powerful form of movement, this session welcomes all levels.
Please bring a water bottle.
