This peaceful, grounding session introduces the healing movements of Qi Gong and Tai Chi, ancient Chinese practices known for their powerful ability to restore energy, balance the body, and calm the mind.
We begin with Qi Gong, where you’ll explore slow, mindful movements that awaken your inner energy (qi).
Guided through postures, support the body’s natural flow - Gather, Circulate, and Transform energy in a way that feels both relaxing and empowering.
From here, we flow into Tai Chi, a moving meditation that strengthens the body through graceful motion. Though is non-combative and deeply focused, helping to balance, concentration, and inner steadiness with every step and shift.
Whether you are seeking relief from stress, wanting to reconnect with your body, or looking for a powerful form of movement, I welcome all levels.
Please bring a water bottle.
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended.
