Course Goals & Outcomes

 

By the end of the journey, you will:​ 

 

Develop a consistent, joyful personal pace practice, improve controlled footwork

and overall stamina, shift from overthinking to embodied, rhythmic presence,

build resilience, physically, mentally, emotionally, form lasting habits through

uplifting group connection, and finally graduate feeling energised, grounded,

and inspired.

InSix is a 6-week course designed for individuals who can actively walk 10,000 steps a day, ready to move with rhythm, purpose, and joy.

This session is inspired by bopping to the beat on my daily walks, this course blends cardiovascular movement, mindful coordination, and group synergy, all to a playlist through the ages, that evolves each week.

 

Through breath, steps, and soulful transitions, you’ll awaken your inner rhythm and strengthen your connection to body, mind, and community.​

Step In Time Movement Course | Rhythmic Healing & Group Fitness | Somers Legacy Roots & Remedy

     InSix is a 6-week course designed for individuals who can actively walk 10,000

                  This session is inspired by bopping to the beat on my daily walks, this course

                   blends cardiovascular movement, mindful coordination, and group synergy,

                  all to a playlist through the ages, that evolves each week.

How the Course Works:

Tuesdays: Core Training Sessions
Each Tuesday, you'll learn a new “InSix” technique, move to a themed playlist, and build your weekly foundation.

 

You'll be guided with body cues to transition between rhythms and connect through expressive movement.

 

Thursdays: Integration Sessions (Optional)
These sessions offer extra support, practice, and personalised guidance to reinforce the week's movement techniques.

Week 6: Graduation Celebration
Upon completion, you'll receive a certificate of appreciation, join the graduate circle, and be eligible to book into future InSix sessions, designed exclusively for course alumni.
