InSix is a 6-week course designed for Legacy's who have taken part in some Preparation Therapy sessions and can actively walk 10,000 steps a day, ready to move with rhythm, purpose, and have fun!
My session is inspired by bopping to the beat on my daily walks, we will focus on cardiovascular movement, mindful coordination, and group synergy, all to a playlist through the ages, as we evolve each week.
Through breath, steps, and soulful transitions, you’ll awaken your inner rhythm and strengthen your connection to body, mind, and community.

InSix is a 6-week course designed for Legacy's who have taken part in some
Preparation Therapy sessions and can actively walk 10,000 steps a day, ready
to move with rhythm, purpose, and have fun!

How the Course Works:
Tuesdays: Core Training Sessions
Each Tuesday, you'll learn a new “InSix” technique, move to a themed playlist, and build a weekly foundation. You'll be guided to transition between rhythms and connect through expressive movement.

weeks using the website.
Thursdays: Integration Sessions (Optional)
These sessions offer extra support, practice, and personalised guidance to reinforce the week's technique. In total you should be booking 12 sessions. Tap to pay or pay cash when you arrive.
Week 6: Graduation Celebration
Upon completion, you can join the graduate circle, and be eligible to book into InSix sessions whenever you like, designed exclusively for course alumni.
