InSix is a 6-week course designed for Legacy's who have taken part in some Preparation Therapy sessions and can actively walk 10,000 steps a day.

My session is inspired by bopping to the beat on my daily walks, focusing on cardiovascular, coordination, and a playlist through the ages.

            InSix is a 6-week course designed for Legacy's who have taken part in

                some Preparation Therapy sessions and can actively walk 10,000 steps a

        My session is inspired by bopping to the beat on my daily walks, focusing on

    cardiovascular, coordination and a playlist through the ages.

How the Course Works:

Tuesdays: Core Training Sessions
Learn a new “InSix” technique, and build a weekly foundation.

Get In Touch to find out when the new course date and book the next 6 weeks using the website.

Thursdays: Integration Sessions (Optional): These offers extra support, practice, and guidance to reinforce the week's technique. In total there are 12 sessions available. Tap to pay or pay cash when you arrive.​

Week 6: Graduation Celebration
Upon completion, you can join the graduate circle and be eligible to book into InSix whenever you like, designed exclusively for seasoned Legacy's to set an example to beginners.​
