InSix is a high-energy, feel-good movement course designed for teens who love music, thrive on rhythm, and want to feel more connected, in their body and in their community.
Blend fitness, fun, and intention, in this 6-week journey, transform everyday movement into a celebration of strength, stamina, and self-awareness.
Each session features a playlist through the ages, group routines, and ability to transition designed to challenge your limits in a supportive and inclusive space.

InSix is a high-energy, feel-good movement course designed for teens who
love music, thrive on rhythm, and want to feel more connected, in their body
and in their community.

What to Expect Weekly:
Learn a new InSix technique with signature moves, Move through eras of music that motivates and uplifts, Build focus, balance, coordination, and emotional resilience, Strengthen peer connection through shared rhythm and teamwork.
This is a closed course: everyone starts together and grows together. Week six, they will receive a certificate of achievement and gain exclusive access to InSix - Graduates. Here they become a Didcot Newsie, it's a space to return, and keep dancing to deepen their rhythm practice, while feeling heard as the younger generation!
This isn’t just dance. It’s personal growth with a beat. We show up, we move, we shift energy together, and it changes everything.
