Blend fitness and fun, in this 6-week journey, transform movement into a celebration of strength, stamina, and self-awareness.
Each session features a playlist through the ages, routines, and ability to transition and challenge your limits in a supportive space.

six, gain exclusive access to InSix - Graduates. Become a Didcot Newsie, a
space to return, and keep dancing to deepen the rhythm, feel heard as the
younger generation!

shift our energy together, and it changes everything.
